Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to offer our books, vintage goods, apparel, and subscription boxes to you.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At With Love, Meena Books and Boutique, every item is lovingly chosen and packaged with care. As a small, independent shop, we’re unable to offer refunds at this time—but we are happy to provide store credit for eligible items.

 

Books & Bookish Items:

All sales on books, book sleeves, bookmarks, and related bookish merchandise (including items in The Meena Trove box) are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer store credit for these items. Thank you for understanding that as a small business, we are unable to restock or resell gently used or handled goods.

 

Clothing & Home Goods:

Select clothing and home items are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable), and must be free of stains, scents, or signs of wear. Once the return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code via email to use on future purchases.

 

How to Request a Return:

Email us at info@withlovemeena.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid labels at this time.

 

Damaged Items or Shipping Issues:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@withlovemeena.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll be happy to help as best we can.

 

Please note: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, as once your order leaves our hands, it is out of our control. However, we always pack your items carefully and with love.

Shipping Policy.

At With Love, Meena Books and Boutique, we carefully package every order with intention and love. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and ship your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Most orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5–8 business days once in transit.

 

The Meena Trove Subscription Box ships during the second full week of each month. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your Trove is on its way. If you’re a new subscriber, your first box will ship during the next Trove cycle after your order is placed.

 

While we do our best to make sure every package gets to you safe and sound, please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal carrier. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, we kindly ask that you file a claim directly with USPS.

 

If your order arrives and something’s not quite right (such as receiving the wrong item), please reach out to us at info@withlovemeena.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
