We do not offer refunds at this time. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Yes! If you specify that your order is a gift, we offer tissue and ribbon wrapping. Add a note too!

All books, bookish items, and Vintage Trove sales are considered Final Sale when shipped.

For clothing and home items, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for store credit only.

Please note: damages caused during shipping are out of our control, and we recommend filing a claim with USPS for those instances.
