At With Love, Meena Books and Boutique, every item is lovingly chosen and packaged with care. As a small, independent shop, we’re unable to offer refunds at this time, but we are happy to provide store credit for eligible items.
Books & Bookish Items:
All sales on books, book sleeves, bookmarks, and related bookish merchandise and or kindle accessories are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer store credit for these items. Thank you for understanding that as a small business, we are unable to restock or resell gently used or handled goods.
Clothing & Home Goods:
Select clothing and home items are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable), and must be free of stains, scents, or signs of wear. Once the return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit code via email to use on future purchases.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at info@withlovemeena.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid labels at this time.
Damaged Items or Shipping Issues:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@withlovemeena.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll be happy to help as best we can.
Please note: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, as once your order leaves our hands, it is out of our control. However, we always pack your items carefully and with love.
